FILE LEHI, Utah — A Lehi man was charged Tuesday with sex felonies accusing him of transposing children's faces onto the bodies of women in pornographic videos. Jesse John Campbell, 44, is charged in 4th District Court with forcible sexual abuse and five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second-degree felonies KSL.com reported.
