LEHI, Utah (KUTV) — A 12-year-old boy was transported to the hospital Wednesday morning after being hit by a vehicle while he was walking to school, authorities confirmed. The incident happened shortly before 8 a.m. on May 24 near Viewpoint Middle School in Lehi, where a witness reported seeing an ambulance treating the student at the scene. Jeanteil Livingston, Lehi City Police Department communications manager, told 2News the boy was struck by a slow-moving vehicle that was making a right turn at the stop sign.
